a new day

This is a new day, aside from being 'busy' thinking about how to shed off my extra pounds, I though thought of being productive by using my lazy and stagnant brains by writing all sorts of things.

For one, I was reading an article about a Brit minister who resigned due to admitting the alledged spending of people's money (which he actually admitted). I was truly amazed by the fact that he admitted it, to correct that he would pay for it. Just awesome! If only Filipino officials could do the same then I'd say we'd be richer and sustainable development for the country will continue. Instead of being drowned with debts we could pay it of and move forward to develop or country.

This is wishful thinking but I wonder, could we really do this?

Moving next, I read that ahem ahem His excellency, Pres. Benigno 'Noy' Aquino III is thinking about staying at his house at West Triangle and not take Malacanang as his new home. Pity are his neighbors who would be constantly alarmed with the security forces swarming day and night. Not to mention the fact that rallies, coup attempts and hostile acts are always a warning.

With these in mind, I missed my good old days in college where my folks and I could debate with this kind of issues. Our voices maybe unheard but we can outpour our thoughts through debate.

I love the sunny day today. I remember how the rain heavily poured the other day and I missed that. I'm looking forward to enjoy and relax the massage at Wensha Spa. This is my first time! Can't hardly wait.

Chocolate chip cookies, fruits and a piece of wheat bread for brunch.A good sign to start the day!
