Two days ago, i arrived in manila. I was contemplating about my bad eating habits and I felt like I had enough of trying different things. What I’m going to do is basically stick on a regular plan of eating. No more skip meals due to diet but only to follow the memorandum when we have to. I also need to do conditions for fasting.
I ate a bunch of fruits today. I hopefully get a munch of good foodies tomorrow. I could vividly remember the taste and smell of Marang its so good. I also remember the smell of durian even though I didn't ate it. I'm still lingering of the taste of mangosteen. It is appealing now than it was before. I am decisive of being a vegetarian. No more meat for me,only fish will do and some seafood. I have to accept the fact that I am not as active as before so I need to adjust with my body type and accept the fact that I can take on activities although not so much.
