Today, I've been so conscious with eating less and less rice however my carbohydrates and calories intake is so much!
Yesterday, I only had coco bread in the morning, sky flakes, 1 kilo of rambutan and ice cream.
But today, I ate pesto cheese pandesal, orange, fish for breakfast
half cup rice w/ fish fillet and banan for lunch
2 slices of fish,apple, a fire floss and a cheese floss and 2 cups of blended shake at dinner
i figured its more than 2k worth of calories, i'm past my deadline. is there hope for me?
