I've heard this phrase over and over during my training today.
In a nutshell, I would like to depict my craving to learn more about yoga, taking good care of my health and making wise choices on food.
I experience early signs of diabetes and yes I'm scared.
I hope I can continue my regimen of 40 full bows and continue starting on yoga poses. I would love to stay at tadasana pose for 5mnutes. I'm trying to practice new poses and learn the proper breathing techniques.
i have been eating a great deal lately.. it seems i can't control what i eat, its scary!
