minimized binge

Despite my rough ride, I am glad that I was able to manage my food today.

bfast- growers peanut, half cup rice w/fish and orange

lunch- apple,1pc banana

dinner-choco cup cake, calamansi juice, 3 pcs tomatoes and 1 pc of egg


142 lbs
my BMI is still normal but my goal to lose weight is still back on track.
