You know when you're starting something but the next thing you know is your falling off track. I guess that's what happened to me today.
I ate about 5 pcs of choco doughnuts..argh! I also tried my home made tiramisu( condensed cream, milk, crackers w/apple) and a fruit bowl at UP and chugged 3 pcs of meatballs.
I was thinking about the calorises I intake and I was wondering if I'd hit my goal with this kinda start.
But what's the fuss.. This is just the beginning, its kinda hard but I'm thankful I'm still focused and was able to write at the end of the day.
As far as food intake is concern, I'm working on it. I need to find time to work out tomorrow.
I'm wondering what I'd take for breakfast?
Earlier today just before I went to work I saw this video at PETA about a dairy farm in Ohio where the workers are so brutal with the cows. It made me feel so sad, I pity the cows that were hurt.
I need to concentrate on living a 'green way of life' thinking of being organic and vegetarian. Slowly, I'd take it easy and one step at a time. This goes not only to my diet but also to career.
I'm hoping plans will push through. If plan A doesn't fit that well, I'll push my luck at plan B.
