3rd day

I felt like this another bad start of the day, Such a failure!

I can't believe I ate a lot of stuff!

I went early to the airport to fetch my aunt and guess what I ate before 6am!

3pcs of wheat bread w/ lots of peanut butter
a bowl of Arroz Caldo
1 pc nilagang saging

At around 8:30 I was munching a pack of mixed nuts, drank a 25 oz cup mango shake, 2 pcs of saging (saba/laga)
When I was on my way home, i ate McDo's small fries, at 3pm i chugged a spoonful of tiramisu (one I made) then at around 7:00pm I ate McDo's burger.

I felt so full,in addition to this torment, I can't seem to sweat as it rained. I have no other choice but to go back to gym but I have to reduce at least two inches at my stomach before I start hitting at the gym. I don't want to be conscious while I do all the exercises out there.

Thinking, contemplating and now remorsing.

However, this challenges me. For I know I can make it. Tomorrow is another day and I'm feeling positive about this challenge.
