I also saw from afar the black cloud of smoke, it was from brenda's office. I surely hope nobody got hurt at Dept. of Agriculture.
today, i made myself a mini pasta w/ a not so good tasting sauce but it was enough. I also made sure that i looked after what i ate.
I'm excited about the change. Hoping that the change has positive effects.
