confessions and hostage crisis

Yesterday, Aug.23rd 2010 marks a historic page of my life.

I went to Marikina to have my confessions for the BIG step that I took. Details will follow.

WHen I arrived back to my place I was so surprised with what I have seen in the news. A hostage crisis at Quirino Grandstand which was happening for a couple of hours already. I watched closely the live feed from ABSCBN and GMA which lasted for almost 12 hours. THe unfated incident caused 8 lives. A certain Rolando Mendoza a suspended policeman was named as the hostage taker. He also lost his life at this incident.

I noticed a lot of discrepencies, weakness, bypass, deviation SOPs and other minor details which I honestly believe was properly implemented could have saved all the hostages life instead of jeopardizing them. A twist of faith for these tourists who's purpose is to relax. Unexpectedly, they were suddenly held hostages. Others traumatized, others dead others survived.

HK residents have issued travel ban to Phils. Wait as there's more to come when the scenario got the international scene's attention.
