grandmas

I just caught my dear friend crying. She has this soft spot for granny's so when her boss asked to increase their 'service fee' for the personal assistance she provided, she was appalled. She never treated the granny as a client but as her grandma. She's so sweet that she was saying that her bosses can remove the part of the increase from her salary. I'm so deeply touched. She's not working for the love it,she is working with passion. I'm blessed to be her friend.I feel for her, she lost her grandma already and I miss mine. Grannies are dear, they shouldn't maltreated and taken advantage off. Just read the international article about the grandmother who was mugged and the other day, I saw the local news that a grandmother was caged. I pity these women. They shouldn't be treated this way. I'm sighing and missing my granny..tsk..
